How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work? +
With Cash on Delivery, you don't need to pay online. You place your order on our store, and our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details. You only pay in cash directly to the delivery agent when your package arrives at your doorstep.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery typically takes 48 to 72 hours max after order confirmation, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner will call you to arrange the exact delivery time.
Can I inspect or try on the items before paying? +
You can inspect the package upon arrival to verify the correct item and quality before completing the cash payment with the delivery agent.
What is your Return or Exchange policy? +
If you receive a defective item, wrong size, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
How do I track my order? +
