Return & Exchange Policy

At Khattab Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Below are the terms governing returns and exchanges for orders placed on our store.

1. 1. Return & Exchange Period

2. Exchanges: You can request a size, color, or product exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.
3. Returns / Refunds: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your package.

4. 2. Conditions for Returns

5. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
6. Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
7. Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
8. Proof of purchase (Order Number or Phone Number used at checkout) must be provided.

9. 3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

10. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong size/color compared to your order:
11. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the issue.
12. We will cover 100% of the return delivery costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

13. 4. Change of Mind / Preference Returns

14. If the item has no defect, but you wish to return or exchange it because you changed your mind:
15. The customer is responsible for paying the courier delivery fees (fixed at 25 to 35 MAD depending on city/region).
